A man will face a trial next summer after denying stealing a minibus.
Lee Ewart, 39, is alleged to have stolen the vehicle in Accrington in March.
Ewart, of Wykelea Close, Bradford, entered not guilty pleas to theft of a motor vehicle and handling stolen goods at Burnley Crown Court on Thursday (November 28).
A trial date was set for August 28, 2025, with a pre-trial review scheduled for July 3.
Ewart was released on unconditional bail until his next hearing.
