A man accused of assaulting an emergency worker will stand trial early next year.
Adam Brooks, 30, is accused of assaulting the officer in October 2023 in Blackburn.
Brookes, of The Cooperage, Oswaldtwistle, is also accused of being drunk and disorderly in a public place on the same day.
A pre-trial review hearing was heard at Preston Crown Court on Thursday (November 27).
A further review was scheduled for January 10 ahead of the trial starting later than month on January 29.
Brooks was bailed until the next hearing.
