The council has warned that a "large funeral" is taking place at Pleasington Cemetery and Crematorium today (November 26).
Blackburn with Darwen Council's cemeteries and crematorium team said the funeral is expected to take place around 4.30pm.
Other visitors planning to attend the cemetery at the same time are warned to expect 'disruption.'
A council spokesperson said: "There is a large funeral taking place this afternoon at 4.30pm at Pleasington Cemetery.
"If you are attending, please park in the dedicated car parks or in the areas marked yellow on the map below. Parking in areas marked red causes issues for other visitors.
"Other visitors to the Cemetery this afternoon should be aware that they may encounter disruption."
