Nine businesses in East Lancashire will be dealt with by police after failing underage test purchases for knives.
Earlier this month Lancashire Police officers were out conducting sales operations as part of Operation Spectre, a national week of action to tackle knife crime.
Of the 23 retail premises tested across Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley, and Rossendale, 14 challenged the underage shopper about their age before refusing to sell the items.

However, nine businesses did not challenge the shopper and police say they will be "dealt with."
Sergeant Michael Johnson, from the Lancashire Violence Reduction Unit, said: "Knives and other bladed articles are dangerous and the sale of them to children not only is illegal but puts them at risk too.
"We will continue to take action and carry out operations like this one to ensure those selling these items do so legally.
"If you have any information on local shops selling knives to young people, please do contact us so that we can take appropriate action."
As part of Operation Spectre, more than 600 knives were recovered across East Lancashire.
A range of activities took place from November 11-17 to target those who carry dangerous weapons, raise awareness of the consequences of carrying a weapon, and engage with retailers who sell bladed articles.
The operation included weapon sweeps, test-purchasing operations, school visits and stop-and-searches.
Officers emptied the five knife bins dotted around East Lancashire and recovered 626 weapons including a variety knives, swords, and cleavers.

Sergeant Johnson added: Nothing good can come from carrying a knife. They are dangerous, and by carrying one, you put yourself at greater risk of harm.
"Operation Spectre week has achieved some good results, with many knives and weapons being removed from our streets.
"Our strong partnerships have been key in spreading the message that knife crime has no place in East Lancashire, and this work will continue."
Knife surrender bins can be found at Darwen police station, Accrington bus station, Nelson police station, Waterfoot police station, and outside Calico Homes in Burnley.
If you have any information about knife crime in your area, call 101 or report anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
