Police have charged two people in connection with allegedly supplying Class A drugs in Longridge.
Ribble Valley officers executed a warrant in September 2022 and located two persons at the address along with evidence of supplying drugs in the area.
Jordan Byrne and Milly Chamberlain have now been charged with drugs offences and are due to appear in court accused of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
After a more than two year wait since the initial warrant, both are due to appear at Blackburn Magistrates Court on December 20.
A spokesperson for Ribble Valley Police said: “Ribble Valley Team 4 Response would like to inform the residents of Longridge, of a result from a warrant executed on Lee Street.
“Police executed a warrant in September 2022 and located two persons at the address along with evidence of supplying drugs in the area.
“Following this Jordan Byrne and Milly Chamberlain have been summoned to court for the offence of possession with intent to supply of a Class A drug.
“Following CPS advice there was sufficient evidence to take Chamberlain and Byrne to court. Both are due to appear at Blackburn Magistrates Court on December 20.”
