Charity Human Appeal has announced details of its 10th Comedy Takeover Tour.
This year, the tour will be raising funds to support the Gaza Emergency Appeal which aims to deliver life-saving food, clean water and medical care to Palestinian families.
Shows will be taking place in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dewsbury, Blackburn, Bradford, Cardiff, Leicester, Manchester, Birmingham, Coventry, Luton, London High Wycombe and Oxford.
In Blackburn, the tour comes to Ewood Park on Monday, December 16, and features local funnyman Tez Ilyas, Aatif Nawaz, Ali Official as well as American comedian Omar Regan, who has made appearances at the world-famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
This year, the tour will end with a black-tie gala on New Year’s Eve. Early bird tickets are available at £10.
Director of fundraising at Human Appeal, Zaheer Khan, said: ‘This year marks the 10th anniversary of our annual Comedy Tour, celebrating some of the biggest Muslim comedy stars in the world.
"We’re incredibly proud to bring festive cheer to families for 10 years running, and to support communities in dire need across the world.
"In light of the ongoing crisis in Gaza, proceeds from our 10th anniversary of the Comedy Tour will go directly to those directly affected by the conflict.
