Police have seized a car in the Ribble Valley for having no insurance – but they made another surprising discovery.
Officers later discovered he did not hold a valid driving licence either.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported for both offences.
A police spokesperson said: “Today sees the start of national anti-social behaviour week, throughout the week we will be highlighting how your neighbourhood team tackles anti-social behaviour day to day.
“Today we have stopped a vehicle for no insurance and upon speaking to the driver it transpires he didn't hold a valid driving licence either, the vehicle was seized and the driver was reported for both offences.
“We have also held a drop-in session in Mellor where we spoke to residents about community issues, these included speeding and dangerous parking to name a few.”
