Thermagas Heating Limited, a Lancashire-based supplier of gas appliances, central heating equipment and spare parts, has stopped trading.
Now, the company's assets are up for sale in an online auction, closing from noon on November 21.
Founded in Chorley in 1979, Thermagas had been delivering, installing, and maintaining plumbing and heating systems.
Walker Singleton, an asset advisory firm, is organising the auction and has invited bids on the company’s premises' contents.
There are about 125 lots in the auction, including spare parts, stock, display fire surrounds, gas fires and stoves.
Walker Singleton director, Allan Chapman, said: "The wide range of equipment, stock and displays available will appeal to a multitude of buyers, ranging from gas engineers and installers to members of the general public looking for showroom fires and surrounds."
