Traffic was slow heading into and out of Blackburn following a crash.
The incident happened earlier this morning (Tuesday) as traffic was heading out of Blackburn off Junction 5 on the M65.
Traffic was slow at the junction following the incident on Haslingden Road which leads on Royal Blackburn Hospital.
The incident appears to have cleared and traffic is returning to normal levels.
