Police have seized 14 untaxed vehicles in Nelson during a police operation on Friday, November 1.
Police discovered the vehicles around Bradley Road and Railway Street.
11 abandonment notices were issued by the council, two fines were given to vehicles without MOT and three fines were given to vehicles that failed to display the vehicles registration mark (VRM).”
A police spokesperson said: “On Friday, November 1, Pendle police with the support of the DVLA and the council visited several areas in Nelson.
“We discovered more untaxed vehicles around the Bradley Road area in Nelson and Railway Street in Nelson.
“We seized 14 vehicles with no tax, 11 abandonment notices issued by the council, two fixed penalty notices for no MOT, three fixed penalty notices for fail to display the vehicles registration mark (VRM).”
