A person has been treated for smoke inhalation after an incident in Haslingden.
The fire service was called to Manchester Road on November 5, at around 7am.
The fire involved a placemat that had been left on the hob.
Fire crews were in attendance for 40 minutes.
A fire service spokesperson said: “At 7.07am, on November 5, one fire engine from Rawtenstall and another from Manchester Fire and Rescue attended a building fire on Manchester Road, Haslingden.
“The fire involved a placemat left on the hob. One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation. Crews were in attendance for 40 minutes.”
