The fire service was called to a house fire in Blackburn last night (November 5).
Two fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen were sent to Cheltenham Road at around 8.50pm and crews used a variety of equipment to extinguish the blaze.
Crews were in attendance for around three hours.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “At 8.53pm on November 5, two fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen attended a domestic building fire in Cheltenham Road, Blackburn.
“While in attendance, crews used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel dry powder extinguisher to fight the fire. Crews [were in attendance for around three hours].”
