Four men have been arrested after a man was left with a head injury following an aggravated burglary in Nelson, police have said.
Officers received a report of an aggravated burglary in Lomeshaye Road at around 5.30pm on Monday (October 28).
A man was taken to hospital with a head injury.
Three men aged 22, 36, and 44, all from Skelmersdale, were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and have been bailed whilst enquiries continue.
A 31-year-old man arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary remains in custody.
Anyone with information or footage which could help the police should contact 101 quoting log 1102 of October 28.
