A man was punched in the chest after another man demanded he hand over his wallet, police said.
The victim, a man in his 60s, was in Whalley Road, Accrington, at around 6.35pm yesterday (October 28) when he was approached by the suspect.
He demanded the victim's wallet before punching him in the chest and walking off empty-handed.
Police have released CCTV footage of a suspect they wish to speak to who can be seen walking down a street in a grey hoodie carrying a yellow bag.
Officers said the suspect was also wearing dark grey/black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
