A former police officer will face a trial next year after denying two counts of rape.
Michael Harvey, 63, allegedly committed the rape offences in 2016 in Rawtenstall.
Harvey, appearing at Preston Crown Court on Monday, also entered not guilty pleas to engaging in controlling/coercive behaviour in Rawtenstall between 2015 and 2016, and two counts of causing a computer to perform a function to secure/enable unauthorised access to a program/data in Burnley between 2012 and 2013.
Harvey, of Eskdale, Skelmersdale, will next appear in court on September 22, 2025 for a pre-trial review ahead of a trial on November 17.
He was granted bail until the next hearing.
