A man has been charged after a cannabis farm was discovered in Church.
Fredi Llashi, 45, has been charged with cannabis cultivation and abstracting electricity after the set-up was discovered in York Street on Thursday, October 24.
Llashi, of York Street, was remanded into custody.
A police spokesperson said: "We understand the impact cannabis farms have on the community, it can bring violence and disruption.
"Bypassing the electricity meter is extremely dangerous, presenting a real risk of fires. We want to assure you that we will act upon the information given to us by you.
"We are committed to finding those who think it is acceptable to set up cannabis cultivation within your community."
