To celebrate Ewood Park’s inclusion in EA Sports 2025 edition, the club has updated the games room in the stadium
The latest installment of the popular video game features the home of Blackburn Rovers for the first time.
The club's games room is located in the Family Stand, with PlayStation 5 consoles and the game itself for supporters to enjoy on a matchday.
The club also hosted its inaugural EA Sports tournament, supported by EA Sports, and run by Blackburn Rovers Community Trust.
Supporters from the age of eight to 15 years old took part in two separate tournaments last week at Ewood Park, and both winners were given a copy of the game, signed by current top goal scorer and Japanese international, Yuki Ohashi.
The tournament was hosted over the half-term break, and aligns with the Premier League Fans Fund objectives, as the club and Community Trust continue to look for new ways to engage with supporters and the local community.
The first tournament, for ages 11 and under, was won by Harrison and the second tournament, aged 12 to 17, was won by Dylan.
Harrison’s dad, Daniel, said: “The tournament was very well run and it was excellent to be involved. It was a lot of fun for the children and this is something they want to do.
“It is great to see Blackburn Rovers running events like this for the local community.
Harrison added: “It is amazing that I won the tournament and to be the first ever winner. I love that I won a copy of the game with Ohashi’s signature on the front.
“I never thought I would do an interview after winning a Blackburn Rovers tournament but this is amazing – I feel like a player!”
