A man has been charged after a cannabis farm was found.
Officers arrested a man on Thursday (October 24) on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and abstracting electricity on York Street, Church.
Fredi Lashi has now been charged and remanded in custody.
A spokesperson from Hyndburn Police said: “We understand the impact cannabis farms have on the community; it can bring violence and disruption.
“Bypassing the electricity metre is extremely dangerous and presents a real risk of fires.
"We want to assure you that we will act upon the information given to us by you.
“We are committed to finding those who think it is acceptable to set up cannabis cultivation within your community.”
