Police have confirmed a crash occurred on a busy road outside Royal Blackburn Hospital today (October 25).
The incident, which does not appear to have caused any injuries according to Lancashire Police, took place on Haslingden Road.

The Lancashire Telegraph understands the road remains open, and that there is no significant congestion.
The road is close to Junction 5 of the M65 and is busy at peak times.
