Traffic is delayed in Whalley Town Centre after a Road Traffic Collision in King Street.
Emergency services are on the scene and there is a tailback of around 300m in both directions.
The incident occurred at the roundabout by Co-Op with traffic stretching back to Whalley Bridge and Clitheroe Road.
Lancashire police say there are no injuries and the crash caused damage to cars only.
A spokesperson for Ribble Valley police said: "King Street, Whalley is currently closed between the junctions of Accrington Road and Station Road due to a road traffic collision.
"We anticipate that the road will be closed for some time. Please avoid the area. We’ll update you here once the road is open."
