Halloween fun will return to Padiham this October half-term.
The Trick or Treat Week Trail, sponsored by estate agent Pendle Hill Properties, wants to bring excitement to the town centre.
The competition, in conjunction with the Padiham town centre team, will run from October 21 to October 26.
Children are invited to visit shops and outlets in the town to collect Halloween stamps.
More than 4,000 schoolchildren will receive printed collector cards.
These cards will also be available at each of the 15 participating outlets.
The aim is to collect 10 stamps from the outlets during the half-term to enter a free prize draw.
Once the children have their 10 stamps, they should post their entry in the door of Padiham Town Hall by October 26.
The top prize is a family meal for four at The Lawrence Hotel, the second prize is a £50 #ShopLocal voucher from Padiham Town Council, and the third prize is a 'sweetie hamper' donated by Pendle Hill Properties.
Toby Burrows, rental director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: "The Halloween competition has become one of the key dates on the calendar in Padiham and it is fantastic to see all the community getting involved.
"It is a great way to be able to promote the #ShopLocal message and to encourage people to visit the wonderful outlets that we have in Padiham."
