The council has warned that Pleasington Cemetery and Crematorium is set to be "very busy" this afternoon with two large funerals taking place.
Blackburn with Darwen Council's Cemeteries and Crematorium group said the funerals today (October 18) will be taking place at 2pm and 4.30pm.
They said this will mean the cemetery will be very busy from around 1.30pm until around 6pm.
A spokesperson said: "If you are attending the funerals, please park in the areas marked on the map in yellow, or in the dedicated car parks.
"For those that are physically able, if you can park in the car parks outside the Cemetery and walk up to the funeral, this would be most helpful.
"Any other visitors to the cemetery during these times should be aware that they may encounter disruption."
