An East Lancashire man smashed the window of a McDonald's store before going on to racially abuse a police officer.
Nathan Burnett, 33, caused around £150 of damage to the glass window at the restaurant in Chorley on September 23 last year.
Burnett, of Garden Street, Oswaldtwistle, also racially abused PC Mulla.
At Preston Magistrates' Court earlier this month, Burnett was given a 12-month community order, uplifted from nine months due to the racism.
He was also ordered to complete a six-month alcohol treatment programme and rehabilitation activity days.
Burnett will have to pay £150 compensation for the window.
