A Burnley man will face a trial next year after denying various sexual offences.
John Tulloch, 63, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Monday, October 13, where he entered his pleas.
Tulloch, of Rosegrove Lane, pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual assault on a female and two counts of assaulting a female aged 13 and over by penetration.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place in November last year.
Tulloch will face a trial on November 3, 2025, with a pre-trial review scheduled for September 8, 2025.
He was granted bail until then.
