A man will stand trial next year after denying three counts of sexual assault on a female.
Blake Tonks, 19, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Monday, October 14, to enter his pleas.
He pleaded not guilty to three alleged counts, which are said to have taken place in May of last year in Burnley.
Tonks, of Lord Street, Brierfield, will face a trial on October 6, 2025.
He will next be in court for a pre-trial review on August 6, 2025, and was granted bail until then.
