Hodgson, of Railton Avenue, Blackburn, was found guilty of the rape and one of the sexual assaults.
The offences took place more than 20 years ago between 2001 and 2004.
The original accusations concerned two female victims who were both under the age of 16 at the time.
Hodgson will be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on Friday, October 11.
He was remanded in custody until then.
