Update: Police have confirmed that Stephen has been found safe and well.
Police are becoming increasingly concerned about a missing man last seen walking towards Oswaldtwistle.
Stephen Smith-Clark, 41, was captured on CCTV yesterday (October 5) at around 2.40pm walking along Blackburn Road towards Oswaldtwistle and Accrington.
Police say there is a chance he could have travelled to Preston or Manchester Victoria by train and then onto Harrogate, over the border in Yorkshire.
He is described as white, around 6ft 1in, with a shaved head and stubble.
