A man with a tattoo of a cannabis leaf and a skull is wanted on recall to prison.
Chris Smith, also known as Chris Woolridge, 42, has connections to Burnley and Blackpool.
He is described as 5ft 6in tall, of a slim build, with balding brown and grey hair, and wears glasses.
The tattoo of the cannabis leaf and the skull is on his upper left arm.
Anyone who sees Smith is urged not to approach him but instead to call 999 immediately.
