A man accused of supplying class A and class B drugs is to stand trial after denying the charge.
Daniel Price, of Brush Street, Burnley pleaded not guilty to supplying cannabis and heroin at Burnley Crown Court on Tuesday, October 1.
Price, 47, was denied bail after allegedly being caught with a possession of both drugs on March 21, 2022.
A trial date has not yet been set and a further case management hearing will be held on October 9.
The date for the pre-trial review has also not been set.
