Police have appealed for help to find a missing man who was last seen at Royal Blackburn Hospital earlier this month.
Officers say that 45-year-old Shane Hodson was last seen at the Haslingden Road hospital on Monday September 2 and that they are concerned he could be sleeping rough in the town.
They have now appealed for any members of the public who may know anything about Mr Hodson, who also has links to Burnley, or his whereabouts to come forward.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: “We are asking for your help to find Shane Hodson, 45, who is missing from Blackburn.
“Shane was last seen at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on September 2 and could be sleeping rough in the Blackburn area.
He is five feet six inches, slim, with shaved light brown hair and blue eyes.
“Shane is believed to be wearing dark clothing, possibly a tracksuit.

“He has links to Blackburn and Burnley.”
Police often put out public appeals like this to encourage people who may have seen missing people or who may have any information about where they may be to come forward.
Anyone who has seen Mr Hodson or who may know where he is can call police on 101 quoting log 0688 of 24th September.
