Plans have been approved for the demolition of an outbuilding and its replacement with a new four-bedroom home.
The site in Ribchester Road, Clayton-le-Dale, has been subject to numerous applications by Nick Skelton over the last few years.
Ribble Valley Council have now approved the latest plans and work can begin within the next three years.

The proposal is for a two-storey, four-bedroom house following the demolition of the redundant outbuilding attached to the property.
A planning statement said: “The new dwelling will be a two-storey construction with an attached single garage.
“The proposal shows a property with brick and render facades. The house is gable-ended with blank gables and a traditional overall appearance.”
A heritage statement was also submitted regarding the outbuilding, which was most recently used as a workshop and storage area.
The statement said: “There are no designated heritage assets on or in the vicinity of the site.

“In order to redevelop the site for the new detached the outbuilding is to be completely demolished.”
Ribble Valley Council approved the plans subject to a number of conditions relating to the submission of further documents.
