Two fire crews were called to tackle a blaze at a house in Burnley.
The incident happened on Monday at around 6pm with fire engines from Burnley attending a property on Cog Street.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for 55e minutes.”
Elsewhere this week, at just after 4.10am on Monday, two fire engines from Wigan and Chorley attended a fire involving an integral garage attached to a semi-detached domestic property on Coppull Moor Lane, Coppull.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using two hose reels, one breathing apparatus, and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
