A man on a bike vandalised the entire shop front of a Lancashire takeaway in an unprovoked attack.
Owners of Pizza Time on King Street in Longridge awoke to a scene of chaos on Friday after a man used a baton to smash all the windows at 11.05pm on Thursday.
Witnesses reported the man, whose face was covered during the attack, fleeing on a red bike.
Raza Ullau has owned Pizza Time for 11 years and said: “It is upsetting isn’t it, and what can we do, we don’t know who he is.
“This is the first time something like this happened. We don’t know anything, nothing was happening in the shop, no argument nothing. We don’t know if it is some kind of hate or jealousy.
“We don’t have any problem with anybody, we have been here nearly 11 years and nobody had a problem, just somebody came and smashed all the windows and I don’t know why.”
The takeaway has been in contact with the police and is appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
The police are currently investigating and are asking for witnesses to come forward as they investigate.
If you recognise the man in the video or have information police urge the public to contact 101, quoting log 0872 of September 20.
