Blackburn town centre car park
This great photo from around 1966 or 67 shows a rainy day at Blackburn’s new rooftop car park. You can see the entrance ramp on the right.
Also on the right is the roof of the market. The view in the background is very interesting with Dutton’s Brewery and the Odeon Cinema on Penny Street clearly visible.
There’s also a great collection of what are now regarded as classic cars.
