A man will stand trial next year after denying 18 sexual offences.
Robert Court, 32, of Newton Street, Darwen, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Monday (September 16) where he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Court is charged with 10 counts of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, two counts of sexual activity with a child, two counts of causing a child to engage in sexual activity, one count of sexual assault, and one count of attempting to engage in sexual activity with a child.
Seventeen of the alleged offences are said to have taken place in Barnoldswick, with another allegedly taking place in Earby.
The alleged offending dates back to 2011 and the most recent offence is in 2021.
A trial estimated to take five days was set for September 2025.
Court was granted conditional bail ahead of the trial date.
