A man will stand trial next year after denying he assaulted, threatened, and suffocated a girl.
Aiden Underwood, 18, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Thursday, September 12, and entered not guilty pleas to six counts.
The alleged offences are assault occasioning actual bodily harm, threatening a person with an offensive weapon, common assault, assault by beating, intentional suffocation, and threatening to share a photograph/film of a person in an intimate state.
Underwood, of Cravendale Avenue, Nelson, is set to go on trial over these alleged offences on June 2, 2025, at Burnley Crown Court, will the trial expected to last three days.
He will next be in court on April 1, 2025, for a pre-trial review.
