Officers say there will be an increased police presence at a Nelson park after a surge in anti-social behaviour reports.
There will be an increased police presence in Marsden Park as police investigate these reports.
Lancashire Police are paying particular attention to the bowling green where “numerous different issues” have been reported.
Officers also conducted a community road watch along Walton Lane due to the increased reports of anti-social driving.

A police spokesperson said: “I would just like to provide an update following the increased number of reports of anti-social behaviour in and around Marsden Park.
“You may have seen an increased presence in this area, we have had a number of volunteers, uniformed officers as well as plain clothed officers all tackling the ongoing anti-social behaviour around the park, paying particular attention to the bowling green which has been having numerous different issues.
“A focus was also on speeding vehicles in the area, officers conducted a community road watch along Walton Lane due to the increased reports of anti-social driving.
“This will continue over the course of the next few months as we continue to attempt to identify those involved.”
