A teenager has been given a suspended prison sentence for his role in the disorder in Blackpool last month.

Chalmers-Millington, of Caunce Street, Blackpool, was said to have caused harassment to unknown people as well as alarm or distress by visible representation which was threatening, abusive, or insulting.
On Tuesday (September 3) at Preston Magistrates' Court, he was sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 24 months, and ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation activity days and 40 hours of unpaid work.
Chalmers-Millington was charged alongside Roger Haywood, who last month was jailed for 30 months for taking a "leading role" in the disorder.
Haywood, of Yew Tree Close, Blackpool, was described as being 'a prominent member' of the group involved in disorder.
Haywood encouraged a group of people to follow him, to various locations around Blackpool, including the Cenotaph, the Tower and the comedy carpet. Whilst the resort was busy with families enjoying their weekend, Haywood was repeatedly verbally abusing officers.
He pleaded guilty at Preston Magistrates Court and was sentenced at Preston Crown Court on August 16.
A third man who pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon, Ben Smith, is due to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on September 16.
