“It has taught me that with hard work, dedication and faith, anything is possible to achieve.

“Not only have I learnt about my subjects in-depth and with full understanding due to the dedicated staff, but I have also had the opportunity to take part in numerous charity and enrichment opportunities.

“I am really excited to start my A Levels journey in chemistry, physics, mathematics, and further maths at St. Wilfrid’s Sixth Form.”

Headteacher of Islamiyah High School, Mehnaz Kauser, added: “We are thrilled with the results, the school continuously remains amongst the top performing schools in Blackburn and this year is no exception.

“I am incredibly proud of the pupils and admire the resilience, dedication and hard work they have demonstrated.

“This remarkable success not only reflects on their dedication but also the support and commitment of our staff and their parents.

"I would like to wish all of our leavers the very best  and  look forward to hearing of their future successes.”
