A man will stand trial next year after denying threatening to kill a woman.
Bobby Entwistle, 26, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Monday (September 2) where he entered not guilty pleas to threats to kill, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and intentional strangulation against the same woman.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place last month in Accrington.
Entwistle, of Westall Gardens, Darwen, will stand trial at Burnley Crown Court on May 15, 2025. It is estimated to last two days.
A pre-trial review hearing will take place on December 16.
