The Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival continued to serve up some amazing musical acts on Saturday (August 24).

The three-day bank holiday weekend festival is set across three venues in Colne - Pendle Hippodrome, The Exchange Project Stage, and the Little Theatre Acoustic Stage.

Crowds packed into the venues and descended upon the pubs and bars in the town as some of the best jazz and blues musicians in the country played in the town.

The festival is just one of many events taking place across the county this bank holiday weekend.

The festival, organised by Colne Town Council, will see more than 50 artists perform across the three stages this weekend.

It continues today (August 25) with tickets still available to purchase from Colne Town Hall.
