Two men will stand trial next year after denying an offence of conspiring to steal a motor vehicle.
Robert O'Neil, 24, and Keiran Bolton, 26, entered not guilty pleas at Preston Crown Court on Friday (August 22).
O'Neil, of Portree Crescent, Blackburn, and Bolton, of Corporation Street, Accrington, are alleged to conspired with another man to steal a car from a man in Bolton between February and July.
They will next be in court on August 18, 2025 for a pre-trial review, ahead of a four-day trial on October 13, 2025.
They were given conditional bail.
