A man has been jailed after being caught with almost £80k of cannabis in a suitcase.

Le Van Phuc, aged 29, was seen at Preston Train Station on April 18 this year carrying a black rucksack and wheeling a large black suitcase.

He was sentenced at Preston Crown Court last Tuesday, August 13, for his offences.

On the day, his behaviour "raised officers' suspicions" and after being approached by them, he "immediately stepped away from the suitcase".
