A fitness and wellness festival is set to be held in Lancaster for the first time.
Make Bold Choices - FTB Fest will take over Salt Ayre Leisure Centre on Saturday, September 7.
The festival, founded by Aaron Sharples and Lauren Marshall, will be sponsored by brands including Lululemon and Hylo Athletics.
It is aimed at fitness enthusiasts, whether they are "seasoned yogis" or "fitness newbies", and aims to offer a day filled with fitness events, yoga sessions, and meditation practices.
There will also be a variety of food and drink options, as well as live entertainment.
The event will run from 10am until 4pm with last entry at 11.30am.
There will be a number of fitness activities and challenges, including running events, HIIT, a ski erg, rowing challenges, and a HYROX-style training camp.
Yoga sessions and meditation practices will also be available for those looking to find their inner peace.
Tickets for the event can be purchased on Skiddle for £20.50.
A spokesperson for the event said: "Make Bold Choices - FTB Fest was founded by Lauren-Nicole and Aaron Sharples, two northern, working-class individuals with a passion for breaking boundaries, inspiring courageous living and a relentless pursuit to inspire others to break the mould.
"Fitness and wellbeing is at the heart of who they are, built from core beliefs that both of the above should be inclusive and accessible to all.
"Lauren’s background lies in the creative arts.
"Both a successful actress and writer for television and theatre, Lauren champions the voices and narratives that are often underrepresented.
"Aaron Sharples is both a sports and running ambassador.
"Having spent his formative years in the army, Aaron went on to pursue a lifestyle that put his mental health and wellbeing first."
