A TV production company is looking for contestants from the north west to take part in Channel Four’s “Open House: The Great Sex Experiment”.
Producers are looking for monogamous couples to follow as they experiment in open sexual relationships.
Abby Jones said: “We are now casting for the third series and would love to find participants from all over the country.”
The show, which challenges the idea of monogamy, will see previously monogamous couples try open sexual relationships for the first time.
The new series will have a luxury location, an expert in open relationships, and some new twists in the format.
The first series, launched in 2022, is Channel 4's biggest new unscripted 10pm series since 2017.
The second series saw a 13 percent increase in the share of young viewers aged 16 to 34.
As producers prepare for the third series, they are on the lookout for participants.
Curious couples interested in exploring non-monogamy, singles, and people already in open relationships are encouraged to apply.
Tim Hancock, the commissioning editor, said: "Reflecting the growing trend of non-monogamy in an authentic, aspirational and sometimes shockingly frank way, Open House is the kind of show that can only sit on Channel 4.
"I can’t wait to discover who’s coming to the house this time around."
Jes Wilkins, chief creative officer at Firecracker, who devised the series, said: "Open House is the perfect embodiment of the mischievous purpose which has always characterised Firecracker’s best work for Channel 4.
"For such a bold format to be greenlit for a third series in the current commissioning environment is a towering achievement for everyone involved at both Firecracker and Channel 4."
