A Blackburn man will stand trial later this year after denying two offences of burglary.
Christopher Brookes, 65, pleaded not guilty to the offences at Preston Crown Court on Monday (August 12).
Brookes, of Lockside, Blackburn, is alleged to have entered a building in Blackburn in February 2023 with intent to steal from within.
His next court appearance will be on August 16 for a pre-trial review ahead of a trial on September 30, which is expected to last three days.
He was granted unconditional bail until his next appearance.
