Police arrested an "aggressive" man after he was said to have brandished a pair of scissors towards someone in Burnley.
The incident happened in the town centre yesterday afternoon (August 11).
Officers received a report after the man was seen brandishing the scissors on CCTV.
They said it followed on from another incident where a man was arrested for causing damage at Burnley bus station the same day.
A police spokesperson said: "Two fantastic examples of your dedicated policing team keeping the public safe supported admirably by our eagle-eyed CCTV operators."
