A motorbike rider on a provisional licence went above 100mph in Lancashire, police said.
Officers said the rider of the red Honda CBR650R failed to stop for them and pursuit tactics were implemented to safely stop them.
Once stopped, near Lytham, they found the rider only had a provisional licence and they were not ensured.
They were reported for dangerous driving and the bike was seized.
A police spokesperson said: "This motorcycle was seen being ridden at 100mph+ near to Lytham.
"The rider failed to stop, with pursuit tactics implemented to safely stop the rider.
"The rider has a provisional licence with no insurance.
"Reported for dangerous driving and bike seized."
