A man is in a critical condition in hospital after falling from the back of a tipper truck.
Police were called to Rochdale Road in Bacup at around 12.30pm on Thursday (August 8) to reports of a crash.
On arrival, they found a 66-year-old man had fallen from the back of the Ford truck onto the road.
He was taken to hospital with head and spinal injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the fall or anyone who has dashcam footage is urged to contact the police on SCIU@lancashire.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting log 0545 of August 8, 2024.
