Actress Helen Flanagan said she “let the psycho out” after making an upsetting discovery about her ex-fiancé on her iPad.

The former Westholme School pupil appeared in the Naughty Corner podcast, hosted by Blackpool-born reality television star Charlotte Dawson.

Helen split from Scott Sinclair after a 13 year relationship. A year into their separation, Helen revealed that she found pictures on her iPad, which was still linked to Scott’s account, of a girl he was seeing.

She said: “Me and Scott have these things with our iPads [where they are linked]. I saw who Scott was seeing on the iPad. We had been split up for over a year [at the time].

“I saw a beautiful girl, very glamorous, very pretty.”

Helen, who grew up in Bromley Cross, said she swore at Scott down the phone while on a train

“I saw all the pictures and even though we were separated and even though I was dating I still rang him up saying ‘I f*****g hate you, on the train,” she said.

“Everyone probably thought ‘this woman is a psycho’. It was my natural reaction, it was the father of my children and I had to let the psycho out.”

The mum-of-three also opened up about life as a single parent and said it is “chaos”.

She said: “All I  know is chaos from the moment I open my eyes. I am a single mum but I would never change it for the world because I love them so much.

“I could never have another relationship where I could be bickering. I haven’t got another argument left in me.

"Women would do anything to make it work with the father of their children and I did. If I were to be in a relationship with someone else it would have to be quite easy.

“We try not to be in the same house as each other. Children are the priority and I want a good environment for them I don’t want them to see us argue. We have very different views on everything.”

Helen’s days as a single mum may be numbered as she recently finished filming reality dating show Celebs Go Dating.
